What to Expect at Your First Visit

Starting something new can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make your first new patient experience and relaxing. We’ll begin by getting to know you better when you arrive at our office. You’ll fill out a few new patient forms that help us understand your medical history and plan the best treatment for you. You’ll also meet our friendly dental staff and the fantastic team of dentists who will work with you.

Your first appointment usually lasts between 30 minutes to an hour. During this time, we’ll take some X-rays and high-quality images of your mouth to get a clear picture of your oral health. After that, your dentist will discuss a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you. We encourage you to ask questions and share any concerns. We want you to feel comfortable and informed. We’re here to support you on your journey to a beautiful new smile!

What You Need for Your Appointment

You can complete new patient forms online to save time before your first visit. We’ll need your New Patient Registration and Medical History form. If you’re switching from another dental practice, we recommend completing a Record Release Form so we can access any previous X-rays and scans.
